Usage

DZ-60 series intermediate relays are used in automatic control circuits to extend control range and improve contact capability.

Operation principle and structure characteristics

1. Principle of action
The action of the relay is generated according to the electromagnetic principle. It is a kind of fast-acting relay with an ac or DC suction coil.

2. Structural features
The volume of this relay is small. In order to generate greater attraction, the magnetic conductive body is made of high-quality electrical steel, and the yoke iron is made into a mountain shape. On the middle core of the yoke iron, pole boots are installed for the DC relay to increase the suction force.For the AC relay, a short circuit loop is installed to eliminate contact vibration. The internal wiring of the relay is shown in Figure 1.The relay is mounted on a vertical plate and is connected in a post-weld manner.

2. Operating voltage
Ac relay shall not exceed 85% rated voltage.
Dc relay shall not exceed 75% rated voltage.
3. Operation time: no more than 0.03s under rated voltage.
4. Power consumption: ac relay at rated voltage is 6.5VA, dc relay is 5W.
5. Thermal stability: the relay can withstand 110% rated voltage for a long time.
6. Contact disconnection ability:
6.1 In the DC circuit, when the voltage does not exceed 250V and the current does not exceed 1A and the inductance time constant T=5ms, the disconnection power of the contact is 50W.
6.2 In ac circuit, when the voltage is no more than 250V and the current is no more than 2.5a, and the power factor is no less than 0.8, the disconnect power of the contact is 50VA.
6.3 The contact is allowed to pass 5A current for a long time when it is closed.
7. Dielectric strength: ac 50Hz, voltage 2kV, duration 1min between each conductive terminal and the magnetic sheath.
8. Relay weight: about 0.55kg.
