Usage
This series of intermediate relays is used in a variety of protective and automatic devices to increase the number and capacity of contacts in the protection and control circuits.
Model meaning
Note: The structure of the relay is A11K,A11H and A11Q. See FIG. 3 attached on page 288 for outline and size of mounting holes.
Structure principle
1. This relay is a valve type electromagnetic relay.The coil is mounted on a "U" shaped magnetic body with an active armature on it and two rows of contacts on both sides of the magnetic body spring apart.The contact shrapnel holds the armature upward in the non-action state to keep a certain gap between the armature and the magnetic body.When the electromagnetic moment between the air gap exceeds the reaction moment, the armature is attracted by the guide magnet, and at the same time the armature presses the contact shrapnel, so that the normally closed contact disconnects and the normally open contact closes to complete the relay work.When the electromagnetic moment decreases to a certain value, the contact and armature are returned to the initial position due to the reaction moment of the contact shrapnel for the next work.
2. The "U" shaped magnetic conducting body of this relay adopts double iron core structure, that is, coils can be installed on both side columns.For DZY,DZL and DZJ types, only one coil can be installed, while for DZB,DZS and DZK types, another core can be installed as required to hold the coil or delay with damping sheet, etc.Relays with vastly different coil types thus have a magnetic conducting body.
3. According to the middle of the relay protection relay is often used in conjunction with signal relay, the relay X products with linkage motion signal indicating and reset machine structure, and take a pair of mechanical keep moving contact to connect distant signals, which can link signal relay skipping, to improve the reliability of protection device, this simplifies wiring, reduce the cost has a certain significance.

2. Action value, hold value
2.1 Action voltage and maintenance voltage shall not be greater than 70% of the rated voltage, and dzJ-200 action voltage shall not be greater than 80% of the rated voltage;Action voltage not less than 30% rated voltage, DZK-200 and DZB-243 not less than 50% rated voltage.
2.2 Operating voltage and holding current shall not be greater than 80% of the rated current.
3. Return value: not less than 5% rating value, dzB-200 and DZS-200 not less than 3% rating value.

6. Thermal stability (ambient temperature 40℃) :

8. Resistance to humidity and heat
The highest temperature is + 40 ℃, the alternating hot and humid test procedure and method of test after 2 weeks (48 h), with the open circuit voltage of 500 v test instrument measurement, relay together for the leakage of the conductive circuit between charged metal parts and shell, and coil circuit of contact between the insulation resistance of not less than 4 m Ω.
9. Insulation strength
The relay circuit can withstand ac of 50Hz, voltage of 2kV and duration of 1min between non-conductive metal parts and enclosures and circuits that have no electrical connection.The inter-winding energy resistance of relay coil can withstand ac 50Hz voltage 1kV test lasting 1 minute.
10. Service life
After the electrical life can still meet the requirements of 4.2-4.4.After the adjustment of mechanical life, it can still meet the requirements of 4.2-4.4.
